At Car Rental Max, we offer both refundable and non-refundable booking options. Please review the policy below before completing your reservation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available when a reservation is booked under the Refundable Rate option at the time of booking.
If a Non-Refundable Rate is selected, the reservation is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Refundable Rate Terms
- Reservations booked with the Refundable Rate may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is made within the timeframe stated at booking.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Rate Terms
- Reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate are final.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early returns, or unused rental time.
Modifications
Reservation changes may be allowed depending on availability but do not guarantee a refund unless the booking was made under the Refundable Rate.
Acknowledgment
By completing a reservation with Car Rental Max, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Refund eligibility is determined solely by the rate selected at booking.
- Failure to select the Refundable Rate waives your right to a refund.
